Returns & Refunds Policy

1. The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Under UK Consumer Law, you have the right to cancel your order for any standard art print within 14 days of receiving it. If you wish to return an item, please email us at [your email] to start the process.

2. Return Shipping Costs Please note that customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for unwanted items. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or with a print error, you do not need to return it. Please simply email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours, and we will send a free replacement immediately.

4. Personalised Items Orders that include custom text (e.g., names, dates) are exempt from the right to cancel and cannot be returned unless faulty.
